Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the ten debt enforcement offices in the canton are responsible for the enforcement procedure, from the notification of the payment order to the collection of the debt or the issuance of the act of default of assets. They also maintain various registers and issue extracts from them.

The Debt Enforcement Office of the Aigle district, which employs nearly 20 employees, is looking for an employee of a debt enforcement office.

• Welcome users at the counter, guide them and provide information on the debt enforcement procedure.
• Assist in the administrative management of a sector.
• Manage simple files, from the filing of the enforcement request to closure.
• Carry out tasks related to the entire debt enforcement procedure.
• Respond to information requests in assigned areas, at the counter and by phone.

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee completed in a debt enforcement or bankruptcy office, or in another field, ideally complemented by 2 years of professional experience in debt enforcement and litigation
• Organisational skills, flexibility, speed and accuracy
• Good stress resistance and ability to communicate in difficult contexts
• Mastery of spelling and ease with common IT tools

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt enforcement register and criminal record less than 3 months old.
