☀️It is 7:15 AM. The sun is just rising over the rooftops as our Anna, Dipl. HF, starts her car. Her first visit takes her to Mrs. Keller, 82, who needs support after a fall. Anna rings the bell, is greeted with a smile – and with a: «I was already looking forward to seeing you.»
