CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent programming, setup, and operation of modern 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Creation and adjustment of CAM programmes with Mastercam for highly precise components
• Production of complex individual parts as well as small series based on technical drawings and specifications
• Further development and optimisation of machining processes, tool strategies, and CNC programmes
• Ensuring the required quality standards through precise inspection and measurement controls; contributing to the improvement of internal processes and manufacturing standards
• Responsibility for reliable and timely execution of manufacturing orders

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling, preferably in 5-axis machining
• Very good knowledge of CAM programming, ideally with Mastercam
• Experience in machining demanding precision parts with high quality requirements
• Knowledge of Siemens, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
• Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of technically demanding tasks
• Commitment, personal responsibility, and interest in continuous improvement
