Construction Manager / Project Manager Building Construction, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You process, manage and accompany exciting construction projects in the area of new build and renovation, from the tendering to the realisation phase
• In doing so, you take on the tendering and the preparation of contracts for work
• Your further demanding tasks also include cost and schedule planning
• Collaboration with clients, authorities, architects and building draughtsmen rounds off your varied range of tasks
• Your workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic education as an architectural draughtsman, bricklayer, carpenter or comparable (m/f/d)
• A targeted further education as construction manager, technical construction specialist HF, project manager or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement
• About 5 years of professional experience in construction management or project management is important to the company
• Do you describe yourself as reliable, well organised, collegial and skilled in negotiation?
