We are looking for a passionate personality as a Chef de Partie at 80%

The first tibits in French-speaking Switzerland is looking for team members for our gem located in the iconic Buffet de la Gare de Lausanne.
Every day, we lovingly prepare high-quality food in our kitchen and thus delight our guests. Be part of our success story!

Your responsibilities:

All around the buffet, you ensure a high level of quality as well as an attractive presentation of the offer and inform our guests about our products.
You will be able to enthuse our guests with our fresh and tasty dishes.
Operational responsibility of the kitchen during your service
Professional leadership and support of 4 to 6 colleagues during the work shift
Coaching and participation in the development of production staff
Active participation in the kitchen
Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations

What you are:

A motivated, quality-conscious and conscientious personality. You have recognised professional training in cooking as well as a minimum of three years’ leadership experience in a similar role. Your passion is cooking and you enjoy meeting daily challenges with your team.
