Mission:
- Lead strategic and cross-functional projects from their framing to their completion, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, resources and budgets
- Support organisational transformations and change management by coordinating the various stakeholders
- Evaluate and realise growth and development opportunities, notably through analyses and business plans to support decision-making
- Manage the deployment and optimisation of management and control tools, including the ERP and dashboards, by supporting users
- Identify and implement innovation and continuous improvement opportunities to optimise processes, performance and value creation
Profile:
- Higher education (HEG, HES or equivalent), ideally complemented by training or certification in project management (PMI or equivalent)
- Proven experience in managing strategic, cross-functional or transformation projects, as well as coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of economics and business management, with experience in business development, process improvement or project portfolio management
- Proficiency in management tools and Excel, as well as good knowledge of ERP environments, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German; English is an asset
