Your Tasks
- You belong to our team at Zugerberg and actively work in the cable car service of our funicular.
- You sell tickets, operate the mountain railway, and are responsible for versatile customer contact.
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful, you take care of our guests and provide information about excursion opportunities in the Zugerberg leisure oasis, fares, and connection options.
- You also take on cleaning tasks in the railway and the station as well as simple surrounding area work.
- You independently carry out periodic inspections of the cable car and fix simple malfunctions.
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training, are physically fit and resilient, and enjoy direct customer contact. You can express yourself well in German and English.
- You are used to working independently. You keep a cool head even in hectic times.
- You have an interest in technical aspects around the mountain railway and the service chain train – bus. Responsibility and reliability characterize you.
- You enjoy moving in nature and mountains, live nearby, and know the Zugerberg recreational area well.
- You are open, flexible, and ready for assignments with irregular working hours (weekend shifts).
