Your responsibilities:
As a Cook Apprentice, your main tasks will be:
- Participate in the preparation and creation of dishes in accordance with the hotel’s recipes and quality standards.
- Learn and master the various culinary techniques taught as part of your training.
- Prepare ingredients and ensure the mise en place required for the different food and beverage outlets.
- Assist cooks in daily production and during special events.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety rules, and HACCP standards.
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, and workspaces.
- Contribute to goods management and the organisation of deliveries.
- Develop your versatility by discovering different kitchen stations and specialities.
- Collaborate with the entire brigade to ensure smooth and quality service.
- Show curiosity, commitment, and a genuine desire to learn to build the foundations of your future profession.
