In our institutions – Children’s Home Brugg, Stift Olsberg and Familynetwork – professionals work with educational expertise and heart to strengthen and support children, young people and families.
Attached to our boarding school Stift Olsberg, we are opening a day special school in Rheinfelden, where children with special needs are accompanied and individually supported. The children are specifically assisted in developing positive and sustainable learning and behavioural strategies.

Your Tasks
- You will care for the pupils of the school groups in individual settings or small groups.
- You will plan and conduct peer group supervision on Wednesday afternoons.
- You will create a supportive and development-promoting environment for the children.
Your Skills
- You have a recognised qualification in social pedagogy or an equivalent education.
- You enjoy working in a motivated team.
- You act reflectively, responsibly and independently.
