• Professional and disciplinary leadership of service technicians in the field of security systems
• Planning, coordination and optimisation of the technicians' deployment planning
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance and service work
• Technical support and coaching of technicians in complex faults, commissioning and technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, norms and technical specifications
• Supporting project managers with technical questions and project implementation
• Responsibility for the technical quality of the work performed on site
• Analysis of technical problems and development of sustainable solutions to optimise systems
• Ensuring complete and correct technical documentation of the systems
• Organisation of technical training and further development of employees
• Participation in the further development of technical standards, working methods and internal processes
• Close cooperation with project management, sales and other internal departments

• Completed technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or security technology
• Several years of professional experience in security technology, fire alarm systems, access control or video surveillance
• Experience in leading technical staff
• Sound knowledge in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems
• Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as high technical affinity
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop technical teams
• High service orientation and pronounced communication skills
• Organisational talent and ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Flawless German language skills, both spoken and written
