Nurse or Long-Term Care Specialist, Dementia Department, Part-Time 40 - 80 (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You take on competent and individual care and support of guests with dementia and recognise changes to initiate necessary measures
• In addition, you carry out activating measures and daily activities and participate in team meetings
• You actively communicate with relatives, legal guardians and other involved persons
• In doing so, you work closely with the well-coordinated team during the day shift and also take on daily responsibility
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 40 and 80%

Requirements

• You have training as a nurse or long-term care specialist
• Furthermore, you have great enthusiasm for long-term care and help to further develop this holistically managed and innovative home
• Joy and empathy for people with dementia come naturally to you
