YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Management of cross-border assignments, from planning to termination, in compliance with tax and social security regulations
- Point of contact for supervisors and assignees in planning and implementing an assignment
- Review, clarification, processing, and initiation of measures regarding immigration requirements and obtaining the necessary visas, residence, and work permits
- Collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, relocation providers, immigration specialists, etc.)
- Coordination with local HR representatives on cross-country issues
- Tax processing of domestic and foreign tax obligations
- Data analysis and reporting in the field of Global Mobility to identify trends and optimization potentials
- Contributing to the development and improvement of group-wide policies and processes
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial training with further education in Global Mobility or International Human Resources Management
- At least two years of professional experience in Global Mobility
- Solid knowledge of social security and international tax law
- Very good German and English skills
- Open, service-oriented, and independent personality
- Entrepreneurial thinker and solution-oriented team player
