Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

About the job

Do you enjoy contact with customers and like taking responsibility? In this role, you will manage your own customer portfolio, accompany your customers through the entire order process, and simultaneously support our sales team. At avasis Group, personal exchange and building long-term customer relationships are central. And if you want to take the next step into account management later, we will support you.

• Support our sales team in creating offers and processing inquiries
• Responsibility for order processing and the renewal process
• Ensure clean/complete documentation in CRM/ERP as well as high data quality
• Independent management of your customer portfolio throughout the entire order cycle: from order entry through renewals to order processing
• As the first point of contact for your customers, you ensure they experience avasis Group as a reliable partner
• In regular exchange with your customers, you recognise their needs and enjoy developing them further together
• Together with the sales team, you develop leads and opportunities further
• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in customer contact, customer service or internal sales
• A quick grasp and a high level of attention
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Initiative, enjoyment of proactive action and pronounced service and customer orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the aspiration to create added value for customers and the team
• Enjoyment in actively developing customer relationships
• Very good German skills and good English skills
