About the job

Your main tasks will be as follows:

• managerial toolkits;
• microlearning modules;
• interactive digital content;
• infographics;
• awareness and support materials;
• innovative HR prototypes and tools.

Your strengths:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: work and organisational psychology, education sciences, digital communication, learning design / educational engineering, UX design / service design, management or digital transformation;
• Ability to work on collaborative projects and effectively in an interdisciplinary team;
• Excellent analytical, structuring and summarising skills, with ease in simplifying complex content for diverse audiences;
  
• Strong interest in digital tools, educational innovation and the use of generative artificial intelligence in learning and work environments;
• Sensitivity to user experience and interest in designing resources, tools and systems useful for professional practices;
• Ability to identify and understand user needs through approaches such as personas, surveys or interviews, and to integrate these with specialised knowledge;
• Affinity with digital solutions and ability to quickly learn new tools independently;
• Methodological and scientific rigour, combined with the ability to simplify and communicate clearly;
• Curiosity, creativity, flexibility, autonomy and initiative.
