Administration / IT Service Desk Employee with Additional Tasks in IAM/Authorization Management

About the job

• You are communicative, have a quick grasp and enjoy a varied activity in the IT helpdesk with additional tasks in authorization and client management.
• You receive IT disruptions by phone, via the ticket system or on site, analyze them and resolve them independently if possible; more complex cases you forward to the 2nd level support.
• You install and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, client workstations as well as applications.
• You package and manage software and clients with Microsoft Intune and ensure reliable, standardized deployment.
• You support the stable operation of user and rights management with a modern IAM system (e.g. for mutations, authorization adjustments and control tasks).
• You maintain roles and permissions according to the principle of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and help ensure a clean role and permission structure.
• You participate in IT projects for the introduction of new systems or tools.
• You work closely with the IAM team as well as the application managers and ensure clear handovers, high data quality and traceable changes.
• You maintain and expand the knowledge base and continuously optimize support processes.
• You perform about 70% of activities in the service desk and about 30% tasks in user and rights management.

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist EFZ) or comparable qualification; also suitable for school leavers.
• Experience or good basic understanding in service desk/support as well as in dealing with user administration, groups/roles and permissions (RBAC).
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and client/software management is an advantage.
• Careful, structured and security-conscious working method – especially when dealing with sensitive hospital and health data.
• High service orientation, clear communication and enjoyment of working with different teams.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
