Caretaker with Federal VET Diploma

For our client, a renowned company in the region, we are looking for a reliable and skilled individual from 1 June 2026 for the professional management of the properties.

Property specialist: Caretaker with Federal VET Diploma (60 - 100%)

Do you appreciate regular working hours in the afternoon and evening? Then this position is just right for you!

Your tasks:

• Ensuring order, safety and cleanliness in and around the properties.
• Monitoring and operating the building services systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation).
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Contact person for tenants, craftsmen and external service providers during working hours.
• Maintenance of outdoor areas and ensuring waste disposal processes.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 15:00 to 20:00

• Qualification: Completed apprenticeship as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate (VET diploma) or a comparable basic craft education with appropriate further training.
• Experience: Several years of practice in building services or property maintenance.
• Working style: Independent, conscientious and solution-oriented.
• Personality: Friendly demeanour and strong service orientation towards users and tenants.
• Languages: Very good German skills, spoken and written.
