Living & Housing «In der Au» is the guiding principle of VitaFutura AG and includes accommodation, care, catering by the in-house kitchen as well as the public restaurant & bistro LaVita. For the qualified implementation of these services, VitaFutura AG currently employs 140 staff in the areas of nursing, Spitex, gastronomy, technical service and administration. The company operates as a non-profit public limited company on behalf of the municipality of Volketswil.

To complement our nursing team we are looking for a:

Your tasks

As a qualified nursing specialist, you are responsible for professional and needs-oriented care and support of our residents. Are you an upbeat personality who enjoys taking responsibility? You manage the nursing process, support and encourage the residents in a natural and appreciative manner, and jointly shape the daily routine of our residents as a team. Good cooperation with specialist agencies, doctors and other internal departments is a matter of course for you and simply part of the job.

Your profile

You have training as a qualified nursing specialist HF (or a comparable old-regulation diploma) and have experience in long-term care and/or acute care. You possess sound knowledge of all steps of the nursing process and are familiar with the BESA system and ideally also with our nursing documentation system easyDOK. For this position, empathy, a patient approach to our residents as well as a very independent and responsible working style are important prerequisites.
