Your Tasks
Your Role in the Team
Together with our BGM team, you support managers, teams and departments in promoting healthy and effective work. You bring people, data and organisation together and actively shape the further development of work ability, leadership, collaboration and healthy working conditions.
Your Main Tasks
- Analyse & recognise: Identify strains, resources and development potentials as well as evaluate key figures, surveys and feedback
- Accompany & enable: Support managers and teams with questions about work ability, collaboration and change
- Develop & design: Facilitate workshops, develop concepts and pilot projects as well as create practical tools
- Coordinate & implement: Accompany projects around "Healthy Work", support communication and training activities and anchor improvements sustainably
- Think ahead & network: Help shape the development of a healthy organisation up to the Friendly Work Space and maintain collaboration with education, HR business partners and other departments
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in work and organisational psychology, labour or health sciences, social sciences, health management or a comparable field
- Experience in several of the following areas is an advantage: change support, culture or personnel development, work ability/employability, systemic consulting
- Experience in health, social or education sectors and health management/BGM is an advantage
- Enjoy analysing data and developing practical solutions
- Communication, moderation and networking skills
- Willingness to shape, pragmatism and implementation strength
- Readiness to take on conceptual and operational tasks equally
