You can look forward to these tasks
- Conducting and delivering practice-oriented specialist, leadership, and self-leadership courses for sales and administrative staff
- Conducting trainer courses as well as training sequences for apprentices
- Project management in the education sector
- Designing and further developing specialist and leadership courses as well as the areas of personal development and health management
- Active participation in shaping the blended learning strategy and collaboration on cross-departmental projects and large events
We look forward to this profile
- Completed higher vocational education (federal specialist certificate or higher professional examination) with relevant professional experience in retail is an advantage
- SVEB certificate or federal specialist certificate as trainer – or the motivation to complete this training promptly
- Practical experience in vocational education
- Experience in project management and the application of modern training methods
- Interest and/or experience in topics such as health management and self-competence development
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very good German skills (native language), French skills are an advantage
- High team spirit, resilience, flexibility as well as an independent and reliable working style
- Willingness to travel to our training locations (Winterthur, Landquart, Oberbipp)
