Maintenance Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Leading 6 employees including planning and organising revision, repair, and maintenance work

• Supporting employees in analysing faults in production and logistics systems

• Ensuring safety and equipment availability

• Coordinating optimisations and TPM tasks

• Ensuring optimal documentation and planning of activities with the maintenance software

• Close collaboration with the maintenance management, maintenance planning, and production departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Proven experience in maintenance, automation, or mechatronics

• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage

• Connection permit NIV Art. 15 or willingness to complete the training

• Very good knowledge of control technology and/or electrical engineering

• Leadership experience in a comparable environment

• Team player with strong social skills
