Management of Group-wide AI Transformation & Innovation
Do you want to shape AI at the corporate level? In this key role, you will develop forward-looking strategies, promote innovation, connect people and ideas, and create sustainable business value for the entire company.
Your Scope of Influence
- Overall responsibility for AI Transformation & Innovation (strategy, roadmap, budget, KPIs, risks)
- Development and implementation of the AI strategy at the corporate level
- Promote AI innovation by identifying, prioritising and scaling AI use cases along the value chain
- Establishment of AI governance, compliance and operating models
- Promotion of a data-driven, innovative corporate culture including change management
- Building a company-wide network and close collaboration with management and stakeholders
- Leadership of international, interdisciplinary teams and communities
Your Strengths
- Completed university degree in business, computer science, engineering or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in transformation, digitalisation, AI, innovation or consulting
- Several years of leadership experience in large corporate programmes
- Proven success in scaling digital solutions with business impact
- Solid technological understanding (AI, data, automation, platforms) as well as strong skills in programme, change and stakeholder management (up to C-level)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high implementation competence
- Very strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Ideally, you bring industry knowledge in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
