On 21 and 22 January 2026, around 20 managers from the construction and craft industries engaged with the topic of leadership. The programme was aimed at site managers, project managers, team leaders, and managing directors of smaller craft businesses.

Over two days, participants from various companies dealt with four central themes of everyday leadership.

• Self-organisation
• Leadership techniques
• Leadership communication
• Customer communication

The two days were designed in the style of Gsponer: comprehensive inputs, lots of variety, constantly challenging as well as entertaining and engaging.

With the Construction Leadership Forum 2026, Gsponer has created a new format. For the first time, we offered a publicly accessible leadership training. This particularly enables SMEs to access Gsponer’s popular and practice-tested leadership approaches. By purchasing individual tickets, SMEs have the opportunity to send individual leaders to the training. We deliberately decided to focus the Leadership Forum on one industry. This preserves the depth and practical relevance that Gsponer is known for.
