Administrative Secretary 50%The District Council Office Horgen is responsible as a decentralized cantonal administrative unit for numerous tasks in the Horgen district.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement to complement our small team with an administrative secretary 50%, spread over four days a week, including Wednesday.
Your tasks
- Administrative secretarial work (recording new cases, answering telephone calls and providing information, drafting and sending decisions as well as sending files, maintaining file directories, writing reports, letters, etc.)
- Administrative support of business control including pending item control
- Appointment coordination with authorities, administrative departments, and customers
- Care of the library and assistance with archiving
- General administrative tasks, such as ensuring the telephone availability of the office, material management
Your profile
You must have a completed commercial education and/or many years of commercial professional experience, preferably acquired in administration and/or a comparable (legal) environment. In addition, you are characterized by impeccable and confident German, work reliably and precisely, and have organizational skills. You have good PC user skills (MS Office) and are willing to learn administration-specific computer programs. You are communicative and helpful.
