Your employer

The Primary Small Group School Winterthur is a municipal day special school for children with impairments in behaviour and learning. In three mixed-age groups of seven children each, the pupils are taught and cared for according to adapted objectives and special educational needs.

Your tasks

As a care employee at the Primary Small Group School…

• you work closely with social pedagogy
• you support the pupils of the Primary Small Group School in the weekly project lessons (prevention, social skills training, media studies, swimming lessons, ice skating, arts and crafts, baking, sports and much more)
• you support the pupils during the weekly forest visits on Fridays
• you cook weekly on your own responsibility with 2-3 pupils for about 20 people
• you work in the school supplementary care

The assignments are paid hourly (approx. 12 hours/week).

Your profile

• you are a cheerful, solution-oriented personality with an appreciative and inclusive attitude
• qualification as a certified care specialist EFZ desired
• professional experience in caring for children with special educational needs desired
