We are looking for a

Consultant / Responsible Digital Referent

At Meanquest, we want to go further in our commitment to Responsible Digital Technology: evolving our own practices, being exemplary in our profession and putting this expertise at the service of our clients.

 Under the supervision of the CSR Manager, you will embody the Responsible Digital face of Meanquest. Your role will be both cross-functional, operational and development-oriented: advancing our internal approach, contributing to the creation of a new business line and supporting our clients in the concrete transformation of their digital technology, up to Responsible Digital certification.

 The position is based in Ecublens.

Responsibilities:

Your activity will revolve around three complementary dimensions:

1. Advancing Responsible Digital Technology at Meanquest

You contribute to making Meanquest a concrete example of Responsible Digital Technology in the IT sector:
 

• Define, deploy and evolve the Responsible Digital strategy

• Identify improvement opportunities and implement concrete actions

• Manage these actions with various departments

• Integrate Responsible Digital Technology into our projects, processes, procurement and technological decisions

• Define indicators and monitor progress through data

• Raise awareness among employees and evolve practices

• Ensure technological, regulatory and methodological watch
  
   
   

2. Building and developing the new Responsible Digital business line

You directly participate in the building and development of this new activity:
 

• Define and evolve our positioning and offerings

• Develop methodologies, tools and deliverables

• Transform our expertise into concrete solutions for our clients

• Participate in client and prospect meetings and pre-sales phases

• Contribute to proposals and commercial offers

3. Supporting and implementing Responsible Digital Technology with our clients

You put your expertise at the service of our clients, from diagnosis to implementation:
 

• In collaboration with technical teams, conduct maturity and impact assessments

• Identify improvement levers, define Responsible Digital strategies and roadmaps

• Advise and support clients in evolving their practices up to obtaining the Responsible Digital label

Profile sought:

We are looking for someone who combines digital expertise, strong interest in digital responsibility issues, advisory skills and the ability to unite and communicate.

• Training in computer science (BF/HES/EPF), business informatics (BF/HES/HEU) or data science (BF/HES/HEU/EPF)

• Good knowledge of Responsible Digital / Corporate Digital Responsibility

• Experience in Responsible Digital, CSR or digital transformation

• Extensive knowledge of information systems

• Skills in data management and ethics and business intelligence (Power BI or similar)

• Understanding of issues related to artificial intelligence systems

• Skills in business modelling

• Ability to communicate with clients and prospects

• Willingness to continuously develop skills in the field of Responsible Digital Technology

• Written and spoken proficiency in French

• Start in January 2027

• Part-time position available

• Position also open to final-year students as an internship, with a hiring prospect at the end of the internship.
