- Ensure preparation of maintenance and repair quotations
- Provide technical support and coordinate service technicians in Western Switzerland
- Be responsible for monitoring logistical processes and SAP applications
- Collaborate with service administration and international locations
- Fluent German and French language skills are mandatory
- Experience with SAP systems
- High technical understanding in electrical and mechanical fields

Responsibilities
- Coordinate telephone acceptance of service requests and complaints- Ensure preparation of maintenance and repair quotations
- Provide technical support and coordinate service technicians in Western Switzerland
- Be responsible for monitoring logistical processes and SAP applications

Profile
- Technical basic training with further education in the technical or commercial field- Fluent German and French language skills are mandatory
- Experience with SAP systems
- High technical understanding in electrical and mechanical fields
