- Fluent verbal and written communication in German is required.

About the job
For our laundry, at our main location Baar-Inwil, we are looking for a personality as of 1 July 2026 or by arrangement
Tasks
- Accompanying, supporting and enabling clients with intellectual or psychological impairments in their daily work
- Implementing the development plan according to the agogic framework concept
- Professional and agogic support of apprentices in the EBA and PrA training programmes
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the laundry
- Coordinating and timely execution of orders from internal and external customers
- Co-responsibility for hygiene processes, ergonomics and material management
- Carrying out administrative and organisational tasks
Profile
- Training in housekeeping or hotel management with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Completed training as a work educator or willingness to complete this alongside work
- Experience in caring for and supporting people with impairments
- Good PC user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
