Your Tasks
- Ensuring nursing and educational care in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry according to milieu therapeutic principles (group and individual settings)
- Implementation of the nursing process within the reference person system
- Designing and implementing the daily structure and leisure activities for the children
- Supporting children in crisis situations
- Documentation of the nursing process as well as ensuring professional reporting
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised vocational training in the HF/FH field, (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, preferably in child and adolescent psychiatry
- High social competence and patient-oriented working style
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as high resilience
