What to expect
- Varied projects in agile software development – directly mandated by the client or in ti&m projects that we realise end-to-end for our clients
- Assuming different roles in the project context such as Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner – depending on phase, setting and strengths
- Analysis of existing business processes, development of viable concepts and support of implementation in interdisciplinary teams
- Close collaboration with clients, engineers, UX designers and other stakeholders to design functional, viable solutions

What you bring
- Several years of experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or Product Owner in software development
- Confident handling of common methods in requirements engineering and agile project management (e.g. Scrum) – ideally complemented by relevant certifications (IREB, Scrum, OCEB2 or similar)
- Strong communication skills as well as a confident, structured manner with clients and development teams
- Completed studies in a technical or business-related field (FH/Uni/ETH)
- Willingness to work on-site with clients in Switzerland
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Preferred: Experience with modern AI-supported analysis and research tools such as Claude AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot or similar
