• Responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of up to 15 employees
• Leading the assurance of efficient deployment and capacity planning as well as responsible for scheduling and resource planning in collaboration with the group leaders
• Training and continuous development of employees
• Ensuring ongoing quality and process optimization in the area of electrical final assembly
• Contributing to the further development of the organization and its processes

• Completed basic electrical training or equivalent
• Technical or business management further education at HF level
• Several years of professional experience in industry, ideally already in a leadership role
• Communicative, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial leadership personality
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
• Proficient MS Office skills
