What you will accomplish

Planning, didactic design, and organization of product training tailored to target groups
Definition and standardization of training methods and learning content
Development of course materials and e-learnings
Conducting product training for internal clients (Securiton employees)
Advising and coaching pedagogically for product management and product support employees

What you bring

Successfully completed adult trainer training with federal certificate or equivalent
CFC diploma as an electrician or IT specialist
Extensive professional experience in adult training
High presentation skills, methodical and structured working method
Very good knowledge of French and proficiency in German or vice versa
