Job Description
- You will work for our client within the patients' homes to provide appropriate nursing care, taking into account physical, psychological, sociocultural characteristics and their socio-family environment.
- You represent our client and perform your role according to the ethics and values inherent to the profession.
- Your experience and analysis enable you to provide quality care, respond to urgent situations, and initiate the implementation of preventive and educational care.
Profile Sought
You hold a state diploma as a HES Nurse or equivalent with Red Cross recognition.
You must have a clean criminal record.
Your professional background as a nurse allows you to justify a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
Previous experience in home care is an asset.
You demonstrate rigour in performing care with dexterity and efficiency, following hygiene and asepsis rules.
Comfortable with IT tools, you are able to integrate and use the tools provided. These tools will allow you, among other things, to transmit information in French, which you master both written and spoken.
Flexible and mobile, you know the Swiss health system and have a good knowledge of the network.
Comfortable on a bicycle, available quickly.
