Production Planner (m/f/d)

Activities

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the production planning team
• Responsibility for short-, medium- and long-term production planning
• Ensuring timely and economical order processing
• Coordination of capacities, resources, material availability and production priorities
• Monitoring production planning and early detection of bottlenecks and scheduling risks
• Close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics, sales and other internal interfaces
• Optimisation of planning and control processes
• Analysis of relevant key figures and derivation of appropriate measures
• Participation in projects for process optimisation, digitalisation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring transparent communication within the team and towards relevant interfaces

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further education in production, planning, supply chain
• Several years of professional experience in production planning and control in an industrial environment
• Initial or several years of leadership experience advantageous
• Good knowledge of production processes, capacity planning and order control
• Experience with ERP/PPS systems, ideally SAP
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Assertiveness, decisiveness and high initiative
• Communicative personality with enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
