For one of our partners in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:

Setter / Injection Moulding Press Mechanic 80-100%

Your mission:

• Carry out the assembly and disassembly of moulds for production changes, maintenance and repairs
• Adjust the presses and peripherals
• Check adjustment parameters, identify deviations, implement and execute corrective measures
• Optimise processes by providing solutions that improve efficiency and quality
• Perform initial release of each production batch according to quality control requirements
• Ensure the supply of raw material to the injection presses

• Counter and study production data from a plant and take corrective measures.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics technologist (TMP) or similar training
• Significant experience in setting injection presses and their peripherals
• Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are familiar to you
• Good knowledge of French (German is an advantage)
• Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection moulding
• IT knowledge of ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an advantage)
• Knowledge in Lean management
• Willingness to pursue personal training
• Work in a 2x8 team shift model
