HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are the contact person for managers in all personnel-related matters and advise them with a solution-oriented approach.

• You accompany change processes, reorganisations and personnel development.

• You support challenging personnel discussions and labour law issues.

• You implement HR processes professionally and continuously develop them further.

• You analyse HR key figures and derive appropriate measures.

• You actively contribute to HR projects and drive the further development of the HR area.

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law

• Assertive, trustworthy personality with a hands-on mentality

• High consulting competence, initiative and confident appearance
