Team Leader: Technical Intralogistics with Prospect of Department Management

Tasks

You lead, promote and develop your team.
You ensure maximum availability of our automated intralogistics systems.
You plan resources, shifts and on-call duties proactively.
You ensure that maintenance, repairs and servicing work are carried out efficiently.
You work closely with logistics and other internal interfaces and are a valued contact person.
You are responsible for the budget, key figures and investment planning of your area.
You ensure that safety, quality and hygiene standards are always met.

A technical basic education with suitable further training, for example as a technician HF or maintenance manager.
Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
Experience in the maintenance of automated systems or complex technical systems.
Enjoyment in leading people, developing them further and achieving success together.
Clear communication, decisiveness and assertiveness.
A structured way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
Willingness for on-call duty and flexibility in a 24/7 operation.
