Reference: CLS/RH/2026.792 / Contract type: Fixed-term contract at 100% / Start date: 1 January 2027 / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")
Why do we need you?
This internship will allow you to work at the heart of an HR team and contribute to a variety of activities, supporting several key functions of the department.
What will you be expected to do?
- Contribute to the deployment of a digital tool for issuing work certificates (defining content, testing and implementation with the concerned employees).
- Calculate salaries upon hiring based on our salary scales and transmit the necessary information to HR administration for contract preparation.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse the information collected to identify the main reasons for leaving and ensure reporting.
- Participate in the departure process, notably by preparing work certificates and following up on the various administrative steps.
- Provide support to employees and the HR team on various topics related to the professional life cycle.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and tools, as well as their digitalisation when necessary.
- Take part in various HR projects, according to the team’s needs and priorities.

Essentials:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a specialisation in human resources or management
- Be proficient with common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate autonomy, organisation and rigour in managing your activities
- Have excellent writing and analytical skills
- Enjoy teamwork and interacting with a variety of interlocutors

- Show curiosity and a genuine desire to learn, with the ability to take initiative
- Be proactive and comfortable in an environment where activities are varied and priorities may change
- Have a strong client orientation and be attentive to the needs of employees and various HR contacts
- Know the healthcare sector or have some experience in a hospital or clinical environment
