About the job
We are a modern and committed after-school care centre that offers kindergarten and school children a supportive environment in which they can develop optimally. From February 2027, the after-school care centre will move to the new Guss school building. This change of location will bring both spatial and organisational changes. Until the move, the after-school care centre will remain in the existing temporary premises at Uferweg. Our team consists of qualified and motivated professionals who place great value on individual care and support. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a from January 2027
Your tasks
- Age-appropriate and varied support and guidance of school and kindergarten children
- Planning and implementation of a diverse and creative daily routine (including activities) together with the after-school care team
- Information exchange within the team as well as with parents and teachers
- Flexible working style
Your profile
- Training as a Childcare Specialist (EFZ) or Social Pedagogue HF
- Trainer certificate
- Experience working with children and enthusiasm for educational work
- An empathetic personality with a high degree of independence, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- An open, humorous and competent manner towards children, parents and the team
- Good MS Office skills
