Tasks
- Program and set up automated CNC lathes
- Manufacture fixtures and aids in milling and turning areas
- Visually and dimensionally inspect workpieces
- Analyse and continuously improve manufacturing processes
- Maintain CNC systems, measuring instruments, and fixtures
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical production
- Experience in setting up and converting twin-spindle lathes with automation handling
- Knowledge of programming with Fanuc control
- Good German language skills
