Your Tasks
- Driving strategic change topics for the continuous development of the Private Banking segment
- Initiating and coordinating strategic projects and operational activities in collaboration with division and department management
- Optimising internal processes and tools as well as ensuring successful implementation
- Acting as sparring partner to the Head of Private Banking in day-to-day business and taking on coordination, implementation and follow-up tasks to relieve the division management
- Consistently driving cross-divisional topics and ensuring timely and value-adding implementation of decisions and measures
- Central interface to the areas of project management, corporate development as well as segment management Wealth Management and representing the Private Banking division in internal committees
- Building and maintaining a strong internal network across all business areas and promoting cross-divisional collaboration
- Conducting market observations (competition, products, customer behaviour) and recognising long-term industry trends and requirements
- Developing well-founded decision-making bases for the Private Banking division
- Shaping the team culture in Private Banking and working closely with the leadership team
Our Requirements
- Completed higher education or further training (HF, FH, University)
- Very good knowledge of the financial market and strong interest in the Private Banking environment
- Experience in project and/or innovation management
- Strong implementation skills and the ability to drive topics forward with persistence, determination and high personal responsibility
- High social competence and natural networking skills across hierarchy and divisional boundaries
- Structured, precise and quality-oriented working style with high demands on accuracy and reliability
- Fluent German skills and good English skills
- Strong identification with our values and leadership philosophy
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
