What you will be driving forward

During your training, you will learn to perform various administrative tasks within an unemployment fund. Your duties will vary according to the sectors of activity. You will be required, in particular, to manage data, handle correspondence, monitor accounts and orders, make simple payments, and welcome insured persons.

What you bring

• Compulsory schooling at upper secondary level completed with good or very good grades
• Proficiency in French and, if possible, good knowledge of another language
• Sociable character, motivated and good communication skills
• Interest in public service
• Ease in dealing with users and a strong desire to learn
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Marked interest in numbers
