Role:
Our client is a renowned commercial law firm advising national and international companies as well as demanding private clients on complex legal and economic issues. The range of services covers various areas of commercial law and combines legal expertise with a pronounced understanding of entrepreneurial contexts.

Responsibilities:
You support the development of individual tax strategies and advise clients on complex tax matters.
You analyse the tax implications of corporate transactions, financing, and changes in company law.
You accompany procedures and issues in communication with tax authorities and courts.
You handle tax law topics at the interface with social security and other economic issues.
You deepen your knowledge directly through mandate work and benefit from professional support by an experienced tax team.
Qualifications:
You have a completed university degree in law or economics.
You want to shape your professional career in tax law and complete training as a certified tax expert.
You bring very good qualifications and can quickly grasp and critically assess economic matters.
You appreciate professional exchange, work committedly in a team, and have very good written and spoken German skills.
