The Zurich City West hotel complex combines three hotel brands from AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – and offers 459 rooms accommodating around 1,000 guests.

The 4-star business hotel Novotel Zurich City West has 144 rooms, including five suites. In our restaurant "The Flave" we serve à la carte dishes and menus that combine local influences with Mediterranean elegance. Our offer is complemented by a bar, five seminar and banquet rooms, two escape rooms, as well as an indoor pool with a fitness room.

To strengthen our F&B team, we are looking for a service-oriented, motivated, and cheerful personality on a hourly wage basis (m/f/d) by arrangement.

• Welcoming and attending to our international guests in the restaurant, at the bar, and also in our seminar and banquet rooms
• Advising guests on the selection of food and beverages
• Mise-en-place preparations
• Room service
• Receiving and checking invoices and receipts
• Forwarding and processing guest feedback and complaints
• Assisting in the preparation and support of seminars (room setup, technology, reception, and care of participants)

• Several years of experience in F&B service
• Good German skills as well as very good English skills
• High quality awareness and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment and pleasure in guest contact
• Flexibility to work both early and late shifts
• Team spirit
