Recruiter (m/f/d) - Technical Professions

For a renowned industrial company in the Zurich area, we are seeking on behalf an experienced recruiting professional on a temporary basis. This is a fixed-term engagement for 12 months with a workload of 60-80% (freely selectable). You will join a modern, dynamic environment with an attractive employer in the region and be responsible for recruiting demanding technical, and partly also commercial, roles.

Your tasks

In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process for technical specialist and leadership positions – from clarifying requirements to hiring. You will work closely with line managers, review and assess applications, conduct interviews, and obtain references. As a competent contact person, you will professionally guide candidates through the process and ensure a first-class candidate experience.

Your profile

You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR as well as solid experience in inhouse recruiting, ideally in a technical or industrial environment. You impress with a confident understanding of people, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in collaborating with the line. Reliability, initiative, and a professional appearance complete your profile.
