⎯ Support of our customers with first and second level support
⎯ Troubleshooting, adjustment, and further development of customer systems
⎯ Proactive monitoring & reporting
⎯ Creation and updating of IT user documentation
⎯ Participation in internal and customer-related projects
⎯ Receiving, processing, and forwarding technical inquiries and fault reports from the business areas of Speedcom AG
What you should bring
⎯ Completed IT apprenticeship or vocational training with further education in IT
⎯ Experience in managing/supporting network and server services (Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
⎯ Initial experience in the M365 world (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
⎯ High IT affinity, service and quality awareness
⎯ Willingness to perform field service tasks (delivery and installation of hardware, on-site troubleshooting)
⎯ Communicative and team-oriented personality
⎯ Independent, efficient, and customer-oriented working style
⎯ Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form
⎯ Driver's license category B
