Your Profile:
- Experience in hotel cleaning / Experience in hotel room cleaning
- Language skills / Good knowledge of German is required
- Working method and teamwork / Independent work, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility / Regular weekend shifts are not a problem for you
- Willingness to work / Flexible place of work taking into account your place of residence
- Appearance / Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
Your Tasks:
- Room release / Reporting hotel rooms as ready for use
- Documenting technical defects / Reporting and documenting technical defects
- Lost and found management / Reporting and documenting lost and found items
- Implementing hygiene and safety regulations / Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Employee training / Training and onboarding of employees
- Ensuring quality standards / Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
- Start of work and cleaning / Willingness to start at 08:00/09:00. Daily deployment in room and maintenance cleaning:
- Own laundry and ironing like mangles, part of the laundry
- Cleaning of guest rooms
- Care of furnishings
- Carrying out special cleaning tasks
- Cleaning of public areas
- Inventory and ordering of cleaning and guest materials
- Close cooperation with reception and technical department (e.g. for guest arrivals or repair reports)
- Control of laundry care and coordination with external laundries
- Carrying out regular quality checks and inventories
- Personal care of special guests or VIP rooms (depending on house guests)
