Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You manage payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting
- In this role, you record accident reports and daily allowance registrations
- As a Payroll & Accounting Specialist, you carry out monthly payroll processing as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You take on year-end tasks and perform account reconciliations
- In this role, you handle social insurance matters and maintain financial and personnel data
- As a Payroll & Accounting Specialist, you correspond with authorities, insurance companies, and external bodies and provide information on payroll-related topics
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification
- You have further training in payroll or social insurance
- You bring several years of professional experience in payroll and/or accounting
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and business understanding
- You are proficient with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with Abacus
- You work precisely and reliably, are a team player, and are willing to take responsibility
