Your Contribution

In this versatile role, you bear the technical responsibility for a product portfolio during lifecycle management. With your technical understanding and passion for complex systems, as well as the drive for continuous improvement, you significantly contribute to ensuring our products always meet the highest customer demands. You act as the interface at the centre between internal/external production, research & development, procurement, product management, and quality assurance.

• Definition and development of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes
• End-to-end implementation and continuous optimisation of the MES
• Responsibility for project and subproject management in complex MES implementations and rollouts
• Technical support of assigned products from the release of the zero series to phase-out.
• Initiation and implementation of mechanical, electronic, or software changes together with a team of experts.
• Fault analysis and implementation of improvement measures
• Planning and management of process validations in our production or at suppliers.
• Development and planning of required production and testing equipment
• Process support and control of assigned production lines by monitoring key figures
• Ensuring data quality in the ERP system for smooth order processing
• Participation in LCM projects to contribute production-technical aspects
• Support of quality assurance in technical matters
• Support of procurement in technical questions and activities with suppliers and sub-suppliers

Your Profile

• Motivation and personal responsibility to continuously improve our products and production processes.
• Engineering degree (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Production Engineering) or HF technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of production technology, design, and logistics
• Professional experience in regulated medical technology/bio-pharma, automation, automotive and/or aviation industry
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
