About the job
As an Inhouse Data & Analytics Consultant, you take on a central role within Group HR at the interface between the specialist department, IT, and Data & Analytics. You understand professional requirements, structure complex issues, and, together with the relevant stakeholders, transform them into sustainable data, reporting, and analytics solutions. In doing so, you combine analytical thinking with technical understanding, implementation strength, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
Your area of responsibility
- Recording, structuring, and prioritising requirements from different stakeholder groups as well as coordination with HR, IT, and Data & Analytics
- Translating professional requirements into concrete data, reporting, and implementation concepts and accompanying the implementation until successful introduction
- Managing and coordinating reporting and analytics initiatives – from the idea through testing and change support to sustainable anchoring in day-to-day business
- Analysing and interpreting HR data as well as deriving concrete insights and recommendations for action for specialist departments and management
- Actively further developing the HR reporting and analytics landscape as well as co-designing data-driven solutions and processes
Your strengths
- Completed studies in business, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of relevant professional experience in an analytics, reporting, BI, or project-oriented environment
- Very good technical understanding of data structures, data flows, interfaces as well as BI and data warehouse and in reporting and analytics solutions (e.g. Power BI)
- Experience in independently driving topics forward and dealing with different stakeholders on the specialist and IT side
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style combined with a high level of implementation strength
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
