About the job
Your Tasks
- You accompany and advise adolescents and young adults specifically on their path to independent living, taking their individual living environments into account.
- You are responsible for two comprehensive, interdisciplinary case managements with a systemic focus and including the respective family systems.
- You work decentrally at various locations of the partially supported living in the city of Lucerne.
- You participate in team meetings and supervisions and contribute to systemic as well as psychiatric professional and case consultations.
Your Profile
- Degree in Social Pedagogy or Social Work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification.
- As a trustworthy person, you meet people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment and clarity.
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in counselling as well as in partial or residential or therapeutic settings.
- You work solution-oriented, approach challenging situations with a touch of humour, and act calmly and decisively in conflict situations.
- You appreciate flexible, self-organised working hours and are open to individually planned assignments.
- Fixed Fridays are possible in agreement with the team.
